Are you suffering from pimple problem? Since you have landed on this article, so the most probable answer is YES! Are you tired of trying everything? Well, suffer no more! We have got the right solution for you.

I have been through this as well. I stressed about it all day and night, searched for an answer everywhere, seen so many overnight solutions. But do you really think that pimples can be treated in a single day or night?

Ask me! I will say a big NO!!!! Everything takes some time, but if you are doing it right, you can fasten the process.

Wasting no more time, let us jump directly into the treatment! But before getting to the solution, let us figure out the actual cause of our problem.

So, what is a pimple? The very first thing that comes to our mind is a swollen piece of sh#t on our face, close enough? Well, there is more than that.

A pimple is caused by a bacterial infection in our sebaceous glands. What are sebaceous glands? These are very tiny glands rooted in our skin, more in our face and scalp. These small glands produce sebum or oil to lubricate our skin. They have an essential function to keep our skin healthy and hydrated against all weathers.

So what went wrong that they end up like that? During our puberty, our body goes through many changes including a significant difference in hormone productions. These hormonal changes make sebaceous glands super active and they produce an excessive amount of oil. As a result, our face becomes oily or sticky and what does a sticky surface do? It attracts dust particles which end up clogging the openings of sebaceous glands. The dead skin particles do the same effect in clogging up the pores.

This abundance oil trapped in our skin harbor the growth of microscopic organisms typically bacteria, which cause the swelling, itching, and redness which we simply refer to as pimples.

Now we know the cause of our problem, so the next thing we ought to do is to eliminate it.

There are numerous methods to get rid of pimples including medications, home remedies, and couple more tricks. But those are just temporary solutions to disinfect the affected glands, and those can get triggered again.

What we need is a permanent solution as well as prevention of these infections. The only possible solution that we can think of is to change some of our habits to inhibit clogging of pores as this is where everything started.

I have listed some of those healthy habits below which I have learned through my own experiences as well as research and studies. So let’s get started!

Yeah, you read it right. Drink plenty of water! You might be aware of the fact that our body is made up of average 60% water. Water is essential for all of our body organs to work properly including the skin. Voila! Skin is an organ.

A certain amount of water is necessary to keep our skin hydrated as well as detoxifying to have a healthy and glowing skin. A dry skin will generate more dead skin cells which may and will end up clogging our precious sebaceous glands.

So keeping your skin hydrated with plenty of water will not only avoid the chances of developing pimples but will also keep the everlasting glow on your cheeks as well as keep your internal organs working peacefully.

The required amounts of water to keep up with our goals is not much but just an average 3 liters per day or just drink enough to quench your thirst.
